Wow, I had hives last week and had to get steroids for a week, now they are

gone. Drink olive oil its an antiflammatory. Go to whole foods and get rice

protein it has helped me a lot. Lower your stress level. Avoid fragances, fabric

softeners.. It and get as much natural products as you can. Last and most

important I reccomend the LDA shot( low dose antigen). It saved my life. I was

in the ER 5 times in a year before that..was full of allergy + candida. You need

help with enzymes and probiotics... I am from Honduras. I travel to control this

every 3 months to miami.

unfortunately, the angioedemas from eating " good food " are preventing that.

Ensure may not be the best thing but it is keeping me alive at this point as

opposed to either the olive oil, garlic, asparagus or broccoli last week that

sent me to the ER when I could not breathe. I would prefer a better liquid diet

for sure but those are few and far between and there has been nothing I can eat

that has not caused huge hives, some in my throat. I am more unhappy about the

prednisone but have a doctor's appt tomorrow and will see from there. I am still

getting yeast flares and hives with the pred anyhow.
