Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I realize many are not totally raw but improving.. so I try to give some of both. I do give alot more raw to help those trying to go more raw or to incorporate... but I do know many still like the warmth and "cooked" or steamed... so I'll continue to give you all both. When I find a good "not raw" I will post it (as usual)... SuziLynn <mrningdw@...> wrote: A recipe recently posted on the list was given a reply that stated: it isn't a raw recipe. That's apparent, but not ALL of us are raw. I'm not, and haven't any designs for the immediate future to radically change my eating habits. Incorporate yes, radically change, no. I would hazard a guess that most are not raw, but would like to eat healthier. I enjoy seeing recipes that are * healthy *, good for you, adaptations of old tried and true. We only promote raw recipes? Personally, I believe that leaves out a lot of options for people who would like to eat healthier, but not necessarily lots of raw.
