Dehydrations effects on candida

Hello Wil,

You may remember me from a while back.....I complained about you talking about

your products all the time.  I'm sorry.  My symptoms involve a lot of mood

swings, especially anxiety, agitation and severe depression.  I feel out of

control of my life, so I focused on something else.  I also become sort of

obsessive compulsive....

If you are willing to give me suggestions even after my tirades, I would greatly

appreciate it.

I have been on a very low dose of lithium for a few years.  I've tried

everything you can imagine as a replacement for lithium and they either did not

work or I had an allergic reaction so, for now, my psychiatrist would like me to

stay on it.  Problem is that it causes excessive urination-- 4 or more trips

per

night and around 20 times per day.  I become dehydrated even though I take sea

salt throughout the day and drink at least 60 ozs of water (4 oz at a time). I

weigh 115lbs so this is a good amount for me.

Dehydration causes histamine release so I have even worse reactions to foods,

chemicals, etc.  My candida is much worse as a result.  I just had surgery

yesterday and last week during a test I passed out -- both times they gave me an

IV of saline with electrolytes.  I felt like a brand new woman -- energy high,

mood upbeat, etc. 

What can I do aside from taking more salt?  My blood levels say that my salt is

at the upper limits.  This won't cure my candida but it will make the symptoms

more tolerable.  It will make any of my health issues more tolerable.  I can't

drink gatorade because of obvious reasons.

I appreciate any guidance you can give me.  I've read your posts and what you

say makes a lot of sense.
