I don't know about the product you mention at all, but someone has said through

this forum/group that mushrooms are OK for us to eat.. I don't seem to have

problems with them..

I've always been led to believe most mushrooms are a no-no, based on the fact

they're grown in damp, moist conditions (ie. mould!) So they produce yeast which

is what we need to avoid & I personally stay away from all varieties of them.

However, apparently Shitake mushrooms supposed to be OK for us, as they produce

the 'right' kind of bacteria. Really no idea whether this is correct or not.

Anyone able to shed educated light on the mushroom question?? And is AHCC a

supplement or what?

Kapesty, yes it is an extract of mushroom made into a supplement. Had not heard

that about the shitake mush. Doug
