Guest guest
Hey, I had a question about my chest. At night in particular and sometimes when I sit still very long my chest gets cold. It can be warm enough that I am sweating while I'm asleep, but I still wake up with a cold chest. Sometimes it is accompied by a sore throat. Any ideas here? OK so two questions. With the change of diet how long should it be before I see a change in my body? Becky
Guest guest
Do you sleep with a fan on?? or does the ac or fan blow directly on you? And do you sleep with your mouth open?? (if you know) breathing in cold air?? Only thoughts I have for this... maybe someone else has another idea.. How is your health otherwise? Changes occur differently for everyone... by a week you ought to start seeing/feeling some changes.. but it could take longer.. You didn't get the way you were overnight. Guest guest
Do you sleep with a fan on?? Only when it is extremely hot. or does the ac or fan blow directly on you? no ac And do you sleep with your mouth open?? (if you know) breathing in cold air?? Not that I know of. If I'm stressed I will grind my teeth. Only thoughts I have for this... maybe someone else has another idea.. How is your health otherwise? Poor. According to the medicos I have colitis, polycystic ovaries, endometreosis, rosscaea, and was abused while I was married . I have been living under a lot of stress in the last two years or so with this divorce. I did talk to him although I'm not sure it did any good. The colitis has been under excellent control and I only had trouble with it when I ate something bad until a month or two ago and the stress was just too much. It has since been very good. The PCOS and endo come and go. Does that help? Changes occur differently for everyone... by a week you ought to start seeing/feeling some changes.. but it could take longer.. You didn't get the way you were overnight. OK thats very reasonable I guess I'm just not real patient. I need to work on that. Becky
