Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am having a lot of brain fog as a herxheimer reaction to Candida die off. Will the herxheimer reaction ever get better? Since Candida continues to replicate 24/7, am I doomed to constant herxing if I try to kill it? I have read posts that say, that the focus should be more on monitoring the diet and balancing the good flora in the GI tract then on killing it. Should I change tactics or should I continue to use herbs, homeopathics and rife to kill it as an adjunct to diet? Thanks,
