Guest guest
From: <dianamagic2000@...> i was also wondering after reading it that the info might also apply to shingles, which i am recovering from. I certainly appreciate this and any other help, which is more for the shingles. also wanted to address a couple of things for clarification which will follow your comments by *** ---, I probably have a shingles article somewhere – I’ll search around and send it to you if I find it. ....or pumpkin seed oil. ***i have been eating ground pumpkin seed. will this also work? ---I’m sure that would be fine! To keep swelling and pain to a minimum, avoid table salt, ***i use sea salt. would this also apply? ---depends on what sea salt – the 2 best in my opinion are Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan Sea Salt. Just make sure you don’t use the regular table salt, like “morton’s”. ....Chili peppers contain an anti-inflammatory substance which reduces the sensitivity of nerve endings to pain. ***habaneros, cayenne? ---I would think either would be good. ***are u familiar with combining the b12 with dmso and applying it on the arm that this is more effective than sublingual.? what is your opinion. ---No, I’ve actually never heard of combining the two, but I do think that under the tongue would be the most effective. Vitamin C is always helpful against inflammation and should be taken regularly. ***Ester C? ---I’m not really sure about the best vit C, maybe someone else has done research on it? Personally I don’t take it on a regular basis, but if I was trying to address a health problem, then I’m not sure which I would use. Nutritional bluegreen algae is RICH in the necessary B vitamins: ***i am taking TN on a daily basis, which contains spiralina and chlorella. would this be comparable? ---comparable in the sense that they are all algae, but spirulina and chlorella have nowhere near the nutrients that blue green algae has. Blue green algae is the only one with bioavailable B12 – the others have an “analog”, which can actually block B12 coming from other sources, and has the potential to induce pernicious anemia if too much spirulina or chlorella is taken.
