Guest guest Posted May 1, 2011 Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 I'm on a protein and vegetable diet with no grains at all and I'm going through a lot of die-off. Extreme exhaustion, heart racing and spaciness. It gets especially worse after I eat, even when it's the good food. What can help reduce these reactions? Do I need to do or take something to help get more toxins out of me or do less or what? I'm really having a very hard time with this, so please, I'd really like to hear about any of your experiences and what helped?
