Hello...I am a new member. 52 years old, married 32 years to best guy ever, and

3 wonderful children. Teach elementary school computers. Had Vpack in September

and stupidly, again in December. I will never take antibiotics again becuase I

know these were the cause of the thrush and candiasis that I have now.

I was on Diflucan for 28 days in December. Went away somewhat but not really.

Rcvd Godiva Chocolates and other goodies for Christmas; this gave the candida a

chance to go crazy; so I decided to simply eliminate sugar. period. I have had

2 backfalls; once on a snow day last week. ate a choco chip cookie it came

back. Last nite for my bday ate a few yogurt almonds, it came back. Am reading

books on this pain in the ass ailment. Have been taking coconut oil, and use

the coconut milk. Plenty of protien and learning to live a candida diet. Have

to be positive about this; as edgar cayce said, the mind is the builder.......I

wrote an affirmation to myself today " I am feeling happy, healthy, and

wonderful " as suggested in one yeast book.

I just started taking probiotics 50 billion, it proved to be too much so cut

back by half. also taking Candida Cure by NOW products, and getting the

lozenges in mail today. Nick the nutritionist there suggested it.

I am going to a naturopath dr. next week; i want to get a handle on this. I

have sold Watkins Products for over 25 years (remember the Watkins Man?) and

always used the Rezist Plus.....I always noticed when I was out for a week or so

thrush would return. I took a good look at the ingredients and sure enough,

Lactospores are in the ingredients (300 million)....I continue to take, thinking

positive, and walking with the Lord by my side every day. I pray for all on

this list that you can overcome this nasty nuisance. I just found some
