Guest guest
Please explain stir fresh rice Thanks. mary Stir Fresh "Rice" Coarsely grated cauliflower, approx. 1 cup per person. Set aside while completed the vegetables and sauce. Vegetables, as desired, approx. 1/4 c of each, depending on appetite. Broccoli florets, broken up to bite-size pieces pencil-thin asparagus, tough ends snapped, then snapped in half then I thinly sliced the following: carrots, red bell pepper, mushrooms, green onions, chinese cabbage Sauce: In a blender, add the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 c sesame tahini, 1 clove garlic, 1" peeled ginger, 2T shoyu sauce, 2T raw honey, pinch celtic sea salt. Turn blender on low and drizzle extra virgin olive oil in slowly, until desired consistancy is reached. This makes abour 2 servings, lightly dressed. Toss vegetables in sauce, serve over "rice." Enjoy! For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. Guest guest
It's not FRIED rice. It is a raw recipe, no stove, no frying pan needed. At least I think that's what she meant by fresh. Guest guest
I don't have the recipe in front of me and no time to look it up, but doesn't it say to soak it for a couple days? Rinsing a few times a day? It's rather like growing bean sprouts except the rice never really sprouts. Shari

Guest guest
There is no rice in this recipe. The reason the "rice" is in quotes is because you're using grated cauliflower, which I assume will look like rice. The recipe with the raw rice was the sprouted wild rice pilaf recipe.
