Some whole foods are considered super foods, and if they are dried and

encapsulated you get nutrition from them. Some super foods are broccoli,

berries, legumes, sprouts, blue green algae, dark green leafy veggies.

Most companies don't understand the concept of making a super food supplement.

For example, they just take a " piece " of something, for instance a piece of an

orange (they take the ascorbic acid for a supplement, but that's not considered

the " whole " vitamin C, since there are 9 parts to Vitamin C). Most " super food

supplements " are just made up of different elements of foods, not the whole

food.

Yep, for sure!

And when you think that most of the " components " of vitamin/mineral/etc.

supplements come from China - I stay far far away from them!
