Set aside while completed the vegetables and sauce. Vegetables, as desired, approx. 1/4 c of each, depending on appetite. Broccoli florets, broken up to bite-size pieces pencil-thin asparagus, tough ends snapped, then snapped in half then I thinly sliced the following: carrots, red bell pepper, mushrooms, green onions, chinese cabbage Sauce: In a blender, add the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 c sesame tahini, 1 clove garlic, 1" peeled ginger, 2T shoyu sauce, 2T raw honey, pinch celtic sea salt. Turn blender on low and drizzle extra virgin olive oil in slowly, until desired consistancy is reached. This makes abour 2 servings, lightly dressed. Toss vegetables in sauce, serve over "rice."
