Question about yellow-greenish discharge....what will cure it?

When someone has a yellow greenish discharge from their private parts,

what will cure the infeaction. It is not vaginitis, because that

discahrge is another color...and over the counter douches don't work,

vinegar either. I heard that garlic/ tea tree oil deluted and applied

can help in a woman. Any ideas. I nedd this info immediately to help a

good friend with no health insurance, and no ability to pay MD medical

and prescriptions.
