Guest guest Posted March 6, 2011 Report Share Posted March 6, 2011 Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you what are your thoughts on normal blood glucose levels, fastng or after a meal? I have read so many different " theories that I'm actually lost now. I read that blood glucose, fasting should be below 90 because above that, it can announce pre diabetic state. Then I have read that the blood glucose level should remain the same before and after a meal, which is virtually impossible, even when I dotn eat carbs from grains but only low carb veggies, my blood glucose goes up.
