Under cleanses... metal detox, Lynn.

CORIANDER CHELATION PESTO4 cloves garlic1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium)1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro, Chinese parsley). (Vitamin A)2/3 cup flaxseed oil4 tablespoons lemon juice (Vitamin C)2 tsp. Dulse powderBragg’s liquid aminos.Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender until the coriander is chipped. Add the garlic, nuts, and seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste. Add a squirt of Braggs’s liquid aminos to taste and blend again. Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so purchase coriander in season and fill enough jars to last through the year.Cilantro has been proven to chelate toxic metals from our bodies in a relatively short period of time. Combined with the benefits of the other ingredients, this recipe is a powerful tissue cleanser. Two teaspoons

of this pesto daily for three weeks is purportedly enough to increase the urinary excretion of mercury, lead and aluminum, thus effectively removing these toxic metals from our bodies. We can consider doing this cleanse for three weeks at least once a year. The pesto is delicious on toast, baked potatoes, and pasta.Cilantro Pesto 1 clove of garlic 1/2 cup of almonds, cashews, or other nuts 1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 T. cayenne pepper 6 tablespoons olive oil"Put cilantro and olive oil in blender and process until cilantro is chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and process to a lumpy paste. You can change the consistency by altering the amount of olive oil and lemon juice, but keep the 3:1 ratio of oil to juice. I seriously suspect that all of us have some toxic metals in our body. And unless they are carried out by a chelating

agent, things like lead, aluminum and mercury remain in the body forever. Besides associated with arthritic condition, depression, muscle pain and weakness, memory loss and deterioration take advantage of this "poor man's chelation treatment". At least once or twice a year from now on. All it takes is adding fresh cilantro to your everyday foods or eating a couple teaspoons of cilantro pesto a day for two or three weeks.

This sounds good! I would leave the parsley i for myself. I love-love-love the stuff. Only have 10 parsley plants for the two of us.

Maybe add the basil?

Subject: Chelation recipe

I looked in the files, found some pesto reicpe similar to what I'm searching for. Actually, it's much like pesto, excpet you take a certain amount a day. it is absolutely scrumptious, but I can't find it anywhere. It's kinda like this, but I would substitute basil for the parsley. <shrug> Maybe that is the recipe.
