Rash after starting Supplement

We started with Kirkman Spectrum complete supplement for our 20 month old Son.

He gets a rash in an hour after taking it. Also his poop has foul/fermented

smell after taking the supplement. Is he allergic to something in the supplement

or is it due to Yeast? If its yeast, can it give rash within an hour or two.Any

help is appreciated. Thanks.
