Guest guest
Someone, posted a vegetable bread available from DeLand Bakery I guess in DeLand Fla. I forget whether they shipped. I have the recipe around somewhere and was going to find a similar bread at Whole Foods. When I find the info I will repost. Is it possible to make bread with something like bean flour? what about gluten free breads sold at stores? thanks
Guest guest
Bean is carb too but one thing is not so bad so i eate somethimes: Cellophane Bean Threads noodles. I bought it from health store. Some book recommend potato insted of grains but it is high carb too. Gluten free bread is worse as it has sugar and gum. > > From: victoriaa <idaviruma@...> > Subject: candida friendly bread recipe, is there such thing? > candidiasis > Date: Monday, May 9, 2011, 9:24 PM > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > I admit, I love bread and I just started candida diet and find it very difficult giving it up. > > Is it possible to make bread with something like bean flour? what about gluten free breads sold at stores? > > thanks > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I've also found that even though I can find gluten free bread, the yeast causes me just as many problems. ________________________________ From: IMS <imsinfo@...> candidiasis Sent: Wed, May 11, 2011 11:39:34 AM Subject: Re: candida friendly bread recipe, is there such thing?  Bean is carb too but one thing is not so bad so i eate somethimes: Cellophane Bean Threads noodles.
