Deb's suggestions are right on the mark!!!

Other things I know can help are soft new age music...even if y ou

do not like it. Something with a running stream or brook, you know,

nature. Hard music should be at a minimum.

Do more physical things...go for a run or walk. If you can not do

it then at least day dream about doing it. The mind is powerful and

the thought is the cause of it all. I know it sounds crazy but

Bobby, it works.

That book about depression is really a great book to read!!!

I must go now, but I hope that little bit helps too.

Oh yes...some herb teas are good too. More later!

suicidal. My story is this in jan 2006 was iwas giving three months

od anticbloitics for a prostate condition i neverhad shortly i

devevopled a sever case of Candida over growth and leaky gut iwent

too many docters most told me i it was in my head and antibocis are

notharmful to the body I suffer from fagitue,depression,Brain fog

and blurredvision. these things i had never had prior to the

antibotic treatments. I'vetried just about anything you can imagine

meds like nystatin,diffulcan manyherb supplements candida diets. I

was in such bad shape I had to take twoleaves of asbensec from my

job of 22 years lost my apt moved in with mybrother. And life has

been a struggle i have spends thousands and thousandsof dollars

trying t rid myself of this condition and as of yet nothing

hasworked and im 100% SURE its candida.CAN ANYONE HELP ME
