Black, green, kidney, navy, string and wax beans contain arginine as

does watercress, chives, flax seed, onions, shallots, peas,

cauliflower, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, watermelon, potatoes,

pumpkin, peppers, oranges, tomatoes, etc. Mike

possilbe instead of meat to get my protein. However, due to my herpes

situation, I can't eat too much stuff containing arginine, a type of

amino acid. I know nuts and seeds contain a lot of arginine.
