Guest guest
I know a fella who got rid of his herpes with Transfer Factor, without changing his diet. Similarly others have simply increased their lysine to reduce herpes flares. If you balance the lysine:arginine there won't be a problem, so you should also know the lysine content of those foods. Undenatured whey is a high lysine product so if you're using that like most on this list do anyway you should have no problem with herpes aggravation.
