Guest guest
For myself, I understand the food allergies I have had and am still working to overcome were/are due to food imbalances/malnutrition. I am taking colloidal minerals, culturing my own milk for its probiotic benefit, taking soil-borne organisms, taking MMS/AOT; AND maintaining a low-carb diet. I am finally getting my LIFE back with the inclusion in particular of the MMS/AOT which I get from one of our group members here, Wil Spencer (bodyelectrician.com). Louise From: goldngaits <dbrest> Subject: Newbie question regarding OTC probiotics candidiasis Date: Thursday, March 24, 2011, 3:25 PM I have been a member of this group for awhile now, but not able to keep up with posts so have not been receiving emails. But I have a question regarding OTC probiotic supplements. I have been taking lactose aids for about 2 years now, and recently have noticed there are quite a few new probiotic supplements on the shelves at Wal-Marts. Align is one that comes to mind, although there were about 5 or 6 there when I checked yesterday. Does anyone have any input on these products ? I have had chronic fatigue for over 30 years and have also had chronic sinus problems and allergies to foods and inhalents. And about 2 years ago I also started having trouble with milk products. I admit that I am not very good at following detailed dietary instructions, partly because of my numerous food allergies, it makes it very difficult to find things that I CAN eat. But I welcome all suggestions on where I should start to try to feel better. ps) I also have a mouth-full of silver fillings which I am aware does not help. But I am hoping to get them removed this year. Thank you in advance. D. ------------------------------------
