If you like cool poultices, put about 80% green weeds or leaves of any kind with 20% mint and blend them or grind them. Put about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick on your ankle and wrap loosely. You can leave it overnight, but in the day you should try to change it every two hours or so. The released chlorophyl draws and speeds healing.

I usually do hot and cold alternating every 10-15 minutes 3 times each, several times a day.

tumeric or msm would also be good to take. Arnica is another (as a cream or ointment)
