Guest guest
I understand many of us with candida issues have low HCl and so the food in our stomach does not digests properly and so it ferments and gives candida a nice environment to grow and can also cause reflux. It is something I took lightly years ago but no more. Now that I take ample HCL and apple cider vinegar before meals, I am digesting much better.
