Guest guest Posted January 20, 2008 Report Share Posted January 20, 2008 Dear group, I have changed my diet quite a lot and have no fruit or diary, nothing with any form of sugar or flour on the label. I have started on anti-fungals, mainly raw garlic which is working well. I am still eating brown rice and rye although I have cut out all legumes and other starches. I have had some pretty severe die off symptoms with the garlic but they are subsiding and I am starting to suspect that the carbs are feeding the yeast. The thing is, it would take quite a lot of explaining to the people around if I went off carbs. Some people are already worried about me maybe getting anorexic.
