Guest guest Posted November 6, 2005 Report Share Posted November 6, 2005 Hi all, Yesterday I picked up equal amounts by weight of onion, horseradish, garlic, and ginger root. Can I just chop the whole mess up, skins and all, and throw it into the vinegar? Or do I need to peel each little garlic clove, etc.? Also, how much powdered cayenne will I want to add?
