Guest guest
Oooh, that's an interesting technosexy therapy. Glad you mentioned it as I hadn't heard of it. I can see that working, ever tried to feel a laser beam shining on you? It's subtle but has an effect that is especially noticable if you're doing yoga or chi kung. If anyone does any type of crystal/gemstone bodywork therapies, try stimulating a quartz crystal with a laser pointer and see/feel/detect/dowse what happens to the energy coming off the crystal. If the crystal stimulation with a laser sounds too whacky, just keep in mind the original lasers were done with ruby polished and shaped in a particular way then exposed to a high energy source (I think a strobe effect). The ruby emitted the beam in a coherant fashion and that's why a ruby laser is called a ruby laser. So that's a scientific example and direct application of how gemstones can direct and change energy. I have crystal friends (they do crystals, I do herbs, everyone has something) that sometimes use a laser to enhance whatever it is they do with a chunk of quartz.
