Guest guest
Tone Shoes, I only where shoes when I go out otherwise I am barefoot all the time. More natural to me. I think if you are going to get a cold then you will get it if you body is run down or stressed out no matter whether you where shoes or what. My thoughts are with ya. I am in New Jersey so I don't think it is the aussie bug I have I am just soooooo achey. I've been using a lot of garlic and cayenne too so go figure. My father says it is because I am outside without shoes on all the time. I guess one bad habit I have though I seriously doubt that is the cause but you know how it is when someone is going to say what they say and say it nomatter what And good for you on doing that olive oil. I am not sure I would be able to keep it in my mouth for that long without swallowing it but as usual am curious. You take good care. Kisses to the children. Blessings, Tone Hey Toni Where do you live? Seems like those cold germs travelled a long way to get from Australia to you hee hee. Anyway I haven't got it really bad at all just a little sniffle. Kids have it worse for some reason. Despite my poor eating habits of late my body seems to fight things off really well. Even the olive oil wasn't yucky just normal colour when I did it this morning. Guest guest
People at work tease me because I won't give up my flip flops until the first snow falls. If I do wear shoes & socks they come off the second I'm in the house. I seem to have passed this bad habit on to Brock. Every time we come home from somewhere he sits down in the doorway and starts yankin on his shoes & socks. Naked feet are happy feet. Guest guest
You know I actually saw on a website once where they were talking about raw foodist, fruitarian etc. There was one called barefootism. I'm not joking I did see it. But you are right Candace bare feet is natural instead of trying to force your feet into something. I had a podiatrist try to get me to where special shoe insert thingies once but I said no way because I don't wear shoes enough for them to work. Guest guest
I used to end my colds, as a teenager and into my 30s, by splashing barefoot through puddles. Whatever works -- strong immune system and timing is always important too. It was to prove the fallacy of getting colds and flu from getting wet feet. Alas, most of them thought it was some magic I had for me only. Janelle Shoes, I only where shoes when I go out otherwise I am barefoot all the time. More natural to me.
