alot comes from good eating and eating raw. Sometimes supplements may be necessary depending on diet.

Hi Tina,

Hope today was a good day for you. Thankyou for your mention of heart disease and it's relation to selenium. So eggs are a good source of that? I do eat cage free eggs and only starting doing so really after my hair was literally falling out in clumps and it seemed to halt it. It is shedding again but I am sure that stress does not help.

Aspartame is that little pink packets that go in my coffee right? hehe I know not funny at all!!!! But been using that since I was around 16.

Also, what is everyone's take on the cholesterol and egg intake? The last time I had a blood test, my cholesterol was 350. I will not go on meds for it. Funny since even when I was a meat eater, I never fried my food nor ate any fast foods. Gosh now I don't even eat all that much.

I heard it is hereditary...ya think?

.. i could put together a list of foods that these minerals are in..... like selenium can be found in a bunch of foods.....i found eggs to be like the richest in all kindsa stufff.....so eat lotsa eggs.....
