Guest guest
I am an ex smoker although it has been many years....uumm....the pork rinds and beer.......sorry to say that I hate both. I have never liked beer and actually don't drink at all, cept the odd glass of wine at christmas. my hair is definitely not dry.....it is quite oily most of the time. I have been told that my soft nails indicate a need for silica though.....just not sure where to find good sources. Kathy L.
