For some, you'll feel the difference ... and all things in moderation applys sometimes, and check where or who the person is writing the article... is is a pharmacutical dr, or is it someone with nothing to gain, scientist, FDA, etc...

And keep asking quetions too.

Experience is another good reference source.

Whenever I eat beef, about 2-3 times a year, it has to be raw! My family thinks I'm nuts, and they're probably right. But it is the only way I can eat it. Cooked beef turns my stomach! I just love the taste, the feel, the smell, the whole "sensual" aspect of raw beef. Of course, it is organic range fed sirloin.

I eat it as close to raw as you can get as long as it's even a semblance of warm inside. Grill marks on the outside, oozing warm red on the inside....yum! I probably only eat it three or four times a year, but when I get a taste for it that's how I want it.<G>
