Guest guest
Whenever I eat beef, about 2-3 times a year, it has to be raw! My family thinks I'm nuts, and they're probably right. But it is the only way I can eat it. Cooked beef turns my stomach! I just love the taste, the feel, the smell, the whole "sensual" aspect of raw beef. Of course, it is organic range fed sirloin. Guest guest
I eat it as close to raw as you can get as long as it's even a semblance of warm inside. Grill marks on the outside, oozing warm red on the inside....yum! I probably only eat it three or four times a year, but when I get a taste for it that's how I want it.<G> Sharyn, eating a salad tonight From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of Whenever I eat beef, about 2-3 times a year, it has to be raw! -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
