Guest guest
Dosage would be different. He is not on a raw diet. I'm working on it. He is on no supplements at the moment. mary Why wouldn't it?? or am I missing something?? Is your child on a raw diet?? Why do you think pycnogenol would only be for young kids?? What supplements does the child get? Suzi For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Guest guest
Pycnogenol has a recommended dosage of "20 mg [milligrams] per every 20 pounds of body weight, or approximately 150-200 mg [milligrams] per day." Start at a lower dose and work up. Reilly <setlikeflint@...> wrote: Dosage would be different. He is not on a raw diet. I'm working on it. Guest guest
My son uses it for attention. It seems to help. Niacinamide is great for skin. My son will take it when his skins breaks out, and his skin will be clear within a few days. It's also good for attention, but tends to cause irritability after too sustained a use. So he just takes it a few days weekly.

Its high phenol, not sure if you have issues with that but No Fenol enzyme and Epsom Salts baths helped us with that. Pycnogenol turbo charges me, I get all sorts done when I take it Mandi x
