Guest guest
Kathy, To tell you the truth, the fact that you get sick is showing that your immune system IS working. That's what getting sick is...your immune system fighting the pathogen. Many FMS'rs never get sick...pathogens just go right on in...no struggles!! I've done extensive research on FMS and you won't find mercury as a single cause for fibro. If you want to work the insurance system, do research on how it will improve your fibro....removing your amalgalms with not cure you....if only it were that simple. For " cures " research the adrenals, leaky guy syndrome, diet, traumas, childbirth, heredity. There is no easy way out...it is a change in diet and lifestyle....two biggies. Guest guest
Magnesium...I recommend CALM..very easy to take. Epsom salt baths if you can find the time....claim your time before bed...if you're not collapsing into it!! Of course....my regular harp on no carbs...but if you must, none after 2pm. (Just in case anyone's thinking Calcium...it won't help those with FMS and can actually cause more pain).
