Guest guest
Great testimony. Glad I read this one today as sometimes I get so busy and don't read anything. I have had numerous dental problems, extractions included, root canals, etc. and have been using my homemade soap for brushing for while. Have not been back to the dentist in several months and waiting for the day teeth grow back naturally if I live to see that. I am also continuing to brush with only my soap. My soap is totally vegan, some shea/or cocoa butter. I know it's past due time to visit the dentist with some signs of needing extraction or whatever, but holding out till I get the pain to come on continually. In meantime, at a consistent no toothache phase, just brushing as described. Wishing everyone here saved dental bills by great tips shared. carolgbeefree@... wrote: From: "Kathelee" <kathelee@...>Subject: Ivory Soap Testimonial !!!Friends,I feel the need to personally attest to what it is that Ivory soap has done for my mouth. Four years ago, then fifty one, I started getting pockets between my gums and teeth. At the dentist's they were always measuring the depth of the pockets, 6 mm, 8mm, 12 mm, etc. At the time I was tuned in to silver-list and the dialogue on this caused me to begin brushing with soap. Ivory was the clear choice because this is pure ingredients, nothing to irritate the mouth (such as essences orthe pesticides used in 'anti bacterial soap). All those pockets between gums and teeth disappeared and the folks at the dentists witnessed what it is that will kill bacteria in the mouth.Funnily they wouldn't talk about this, just telling me I didn't need to come in quite so often. Also there was never again much plaque to speakof, so my teeth don't really need cleaning by the dentist. Neither do I need flossing but rather an occasional tooth pick.Bring on the Ivory soap and I love the basic taste. Could it be that it was a dentist in need of paying customers who spread the detestation of'washing the mouth out with soap?' Guest guest
I've heard many people say the same thing. I personally could not use any type of soap in my mouth. I use the tooth powder in the files (I think it is in the files). I pulverize the herbs and set aside. Then pulverize equal parts Sea Salt and baking soda. Then mix these two sets of powders together 50/50. I have the same type of dentist results that you mention, and have encountered the same reluctance to talk about it. I've got most of my family on it now as well, including my 8 year old son, whose baby teeth were/are so bad from his mom taking antibiotics when she nursed him.
