Will add it when they arrive. My questions are: i have some herbs that i have not even touched and wondered if i could add them to the batch, rather than than throw them out. will that upset the formula since they are different herbs? would like to add msm to the drink each morning. will that work? also ordered c/s on some herbs i ordered instead of powdered. thought i would grind them in my Mrs. kitchen, which by the way is excellent for grinding. how does c/s compare to powdered? for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Guest guest
I would not add any more... maybe some red clover. The small amounts I would definitely do tinctures... they last forever (almost). Tumeric goes in super tonic or complete tonic but not to super nutrition. Super nutrition has its own purpose....Nutrition, energy... some of what the other herbs do would be opposite of what super nutrition does. Powdered uses less than c/s as it's condensed... Some say it loses it potency quicker than c/s... if you're using 1 part c/s you'd used say 1/4 to 1/2 powdered Suzi <dianamagic2000@...> wrote: Suzie, i just KNEW u were going to ask me that. of course i do not plan on using ALL of them, but would like to add the ones that would be good to put in the TN. some of the herbs i have a small amount of. also ordered turmeric which i will add. here are the herbs i have that i have not used: red clover red raspberry comfrey*golden seal (just a smidge) gymnema sylvestre*juniper berries*kava kava*licorice root*motherwort*oregon grape*parsley root*slippery elm *arctostaphylos (uva Ursi)*wild yam*yellow dock*prickly ash *sib. ginger root*hawthorne berries*buckthorne bark *nettle *burdockhops *fennel*fenugreek those marked with * i have only a small amount. perhaps i should tincture them? also, u did not answer the last part of my question. thank u, suzie for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
