Just strain it through a clean piece of cloth, gather up the edges of the cloth, and squeeze out all the liquid. I usually just twist and twist the cloth till all the liquid is pressed out. Then put it in a convenient bottle, brown glass preferably, and store in a cool dry place. Oh, and label it too in case you are like me and have LOTS of identical bottles lined up, and many with no labels.
