Guest guest Posted October 15, 2005 Report Share Posted October 15, 2005 Simply Yum Saladserves 2-4 people Ingredients1 head romaine lettuce (shredded)1 tomato (diced)1 avocado (diced)1/2 cucumber (diced)3 tbs. onion (diced)4 tbs. sprouted sunflower seeds2 tbs. agave nectar3 tbs. lemon juice1 handful dulse or nori frondsSea salt to taste How to: Mix everything in the bowl. With your hands massage the salad for a few minutes. The seaweed will break up and the flavors will concentrate. Let the salad sit 20 mins. at room temp. before eating. Suzi What is a weed?
