Here's a website that has a couple of recipes about halfway down the page. I

haven't used them, so I don't know how well they work but they look easier to

make than mine. There are also other options other than a bath.

http://www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm

I found a recipe for an easy cream in " Earthly Bodies and Heavenly Hair " that I

use.

6 oz liquid oil(I like jojoba oil)

3oz solid oil(I use coconut oil)

1 oz beeswax

9 oz water

Melt the oils and beeswax together(I set them in a jar on the coffee maker

burner). Heat the water and dissolve epsom salt in it(I dissolve as much as I

can but if you get too much-it's gritty, I'm thinking between 1 and 2 cups).

Let both cool to body temperature and pour water in a blender and blend on high

while drizzling the oil mixture in it. Continue to blend until they have

blended together into a thick, creamy liquid. Depending on your equipment, it

could take anywhere from 20 seconds to 10-15 minutes. I tried several oils and

the jojoba and coconut soaked in without being greasy for a long time.
