Guest guest Posted November 19, 2005 Report Share Posted November 19, 2005 Salad 1/4 head cabbage sliced thin 1 onion sliced thin 1 leek sliced thin 1 medium sized cucumber sliced 1 medium sized zuchinni sliced 2 tomatos sliced 1 red bell pepper sliced 2 or more cloves of garlic sliced thinly 1 cup (or more if desired) of walnut halves or pieces 2 tablespoonfuls hemp seed oil or EVOO juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon (depending on taste) Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
