Acetic acid is toxic to the body according to Dr. Doug Graham and many raw fooders and NH'ers. Doesn't matter that it is diluted down to 5% it is still toxic. Kind of like the caffeine in Kombucha or coffee. It is a known stimulant and is toxic to the body.
