Guest guest
Okay, here's the short version from Dr. Doug Graham, a 25 year+ raw fooder and athletic trainer. I respect his knowledge................. "Acetic acid is poisonous to humans. We neutralize and eliminate it when it is produced as a byproduct of our own metabolism. If you go to a high school chem lab you will see that the acetic acid is in a bottle that has POISON written on it in large capital red block letters.Vinegar is simply acetic acid diluted down by 19 parts water to 1 vinegar. The toxic nature of vinegar causes the liver to harden. Sufficient exposure results in the liver turning literally to stone. I cannot recommend its use, ever.
