Guest guest
I have! I tired a couple of different things. Tea (SUPER FINELY STRAINED) 1 Tsp of Mullien 1 Tsp Lobelia 1/2 Tsp Ephedra steep for 20 min in 8 oz of boiling water, then strain and strain again until you get a clear liquid cool completely and then add tblsp Colloidal Silver. I used one teaspoon in the Neb cup and it did help. You can adjust or omit the Ephedra according to the rsults and according to how confident you are with that particular herb. You could also omit the colloidal or add DMSO which i was afraid to add but in theory should work. Sylvia > > Anyone have any recipes to use with a nebulizer? Guest guest
Just as a piece of advice, I reccomend that you buy your nebulizers and spacers on E-bay. My insurance requires me to go through their " preferred providers " or any durable medical equipment (DME) is considered out of network. So, for example to get a spacer I would need a prescription from my doctor and then have to fax it into United Healthcare's authorized distributor. They would then take at least a week to process it and then mail it to me, where then I'd pay 10% (the entire amount earlier in the year, when I hadn't fulfilled the deductible) of a inflated price. Instead, I bought two spacers for $25 without a prescripton on E-bay. My time is valuable and going through the hassle of getting it through an preferred provider is in some cases not worth it. The reality is that nebulizers and spacers sell for about half of what they do through authorized distributors on E-bay so check your plan CAREFULLY. For example, my doctor is in network with United Healthcare for medical services but I cannot get any durable medicla equipment or even a CT scan for that matter in network through him. I have to use United Healthare preferred providers. --- Dharm > > My Invacare Envoy Jr Nebulizer is starting to get frayed wires and needs replacing, it's several years old. Guest guest
i absolutely love my aeroneb go. it was originally bought to replace my portable about 6yrs ago because it uses aa batteries instead of a battery pack. it is now my primary although it rarely gets used these days. i also prefer to use it over my albuterol or maxair inhaler. mine was covered under insurance at 80% which ended up being around $25-30 for my part. > > My Invacare Envoy Jr Nebulizer is starting to get frayed wires and needs replacing, it's several years old.
