Cheryl, Check the files under Dr. & Schulze for menopausal formula.. works well so does female formula (can do both).. also motherwort is great for hot flashes. I've not used wild yam cream... but I do have a progesterone cream I use every so often Suzi cctux <cctux@...> wrote: Hi Team!!! Hope all is well with each of you! I have been using a wild yam cream for hormone replacement. Before I purchase more of the cream I use, I was wondering what others use. I am in the transition of menapause, but have no problems whatsoever. I read some of Dr. Lee's writings about menopause and have been using the cream based on his recommendations. Does anyone out there have a recipe for wild yam cream or any other

suggestions for hormone replacement?

I finished my periods about three years ago (am 53 now, haven't had one in three years), and never had any problems at all until about 18 months ago when I started having night sweats. I was so smug about having gone through menopause with no problems that it took me a good week to figure out that that's what they were. But motherwort tincture cleared them right up in no time. I still get warm flushes periodically, but none of those horrendous sweats I had.

And I've noticed that every time I get a warm flush it's preceded by some sort of negative emotion....so take that for whatever it's worth for you.<G>

sometimes never... depends on the person... I started menopause about 47 but really didn't get into it until about 49-50... periods stopped then.. was great for about a year when I started getting some hot flashes, a few minor mood swings.. but nothing outragous. I started eating more raw, taking female formula and menopausal formula --all was great.. ocassionally I get a hot flash ... but it doesn't last long...and if it's in the winter ..lol .. I go outside.. and come back in.. .. now I take one of the formulas every so often.. have a few years to go, right? I hope.
