Carol., I've made this one many a time... however the last time I made the Sanguinaria-Mint Mouthwash (Under Herbal Natural remedies) and combined them... I know, what was I thinking......well, it has a "kick" in the mouth...definitely wakes you up... I figured that when I brush with my natural toothpaste.. I use this as a mouth rinse/refresher...
