Guest guest
Carol, As you know, I've also had a mouthful of problems my entire life. I have found one thing that really helps. I can't say it will reverse everything wrong but it really does make a difference. I try to keep my mouth as alkaline as possible. Get some Ph strips and throughout the day test for alkalinity or acidity in your saliva. It should consistently lean towards the alkaline side. One of the best teeth and gum remedies I have come up with is grapefruitseed extract....drinking it in water, and especially rinsing with it a few times a day. Maybe 6 drops in half a glass of warm water. Swish and rinse. It is very very alkaline, tastes terrible, but does wonders. Give it time and see what happens. Guest guest
Gloria, Thanks for your info. Where do I buy strips? Drug store? I may have heard but forgot. I think this will give you a better picture than I am guessing at. I will give that Grapeseed Extract a try too. So you are actually drinking the extract you mentioned. How much water to the drops? Like how many times daily? Warm won't hinder its effect? In addition to drinking you are swishing? Thanks....my twin sister here..........sad to admit but yes we have both had our shares. I'm beyond what something tastes like--what it does to keep these teeth key. Receding gums... I just had conversation with someone whose husband is using the Schulze, 1 800-herbdoc Tooth and Gum formula and receding gums and bleeding gum problems stopped she said. catalog: New catalog will be out in 2 yrs. Schulze hasn't had one since '04. Thanks for everyones sharing. carolgMorningGlory113@... wrote: Carol, As you know, I've also had a mouthful of problems my entire life. Guest guest
Where do I buy strips? Drug store? Carol, I actually bought mine on eBay but I also later saw them in the health food store. You may even be able to get them at a pharmacy/drug store. Just ask for Ph papers to test saliva. I will give that Grapeseed Extract a try too. So you are actually drinking the extract you mentioned. How much water to the drops? Like how many times daily? Warm won't hinder its effect? In addition to drinking you are swishing? Not Grapeseed extract!! It is Grapefruitseed extract. They are 2 different things. One is made from grapes, the other from grapefruit. The grapefruitseed extract is very potent (but safe) stuff. It is very alkaline and I use it whenever my gums flare up. No disease can survive in an alkaline environment. Acidity is the culprit. I often just drink 5 or 6 drops of it in a glass of warmish water. Don't take it straight...it is too alkaline and will burn and possibly cause damage. Diluted in water it is fine. I also put 6-8 drops in about 2-4 oz. of room temp water and swish it through my mouth real good, trying to shoot it between my teeth and then just spit it out. I swear by this stuff for just about anything. It is a miracle for Candida and bacterial infections. I use it for everything because it always has worked for me. The name brand is Nutribiotic grapefruitseed extract (or GSE for short) and you can get it in any health food store. Gloria
