Guest guest
If I remember right the difference between total and complete tonics is the latter has tumeric added to enhance it's antiinflammatory properties. If it's an old injury you might want to try a high powered Arnica Montana, like 200C to remove the body memory of the trauma. Homeopathy isn't my forte so someone else might correct this. Hypericum sounded to me like a good first choice. For herbs on nerve damage I'ld rub on St.'swort oil (if you can find some) and take the tea internally. However, it being an injury I'ld think about making up some of Dr.'s BF & C formula but not knowing how old the injury was or it's nature that may or may not be appropriate. Either way, get a healer to tweak the energy in the foot to help speed the healing. Chris

Suzi PS I've not heard or read anything negative on kumbachi teacctux <cctux@...> wrote: Hi Team!I have been searching the files for formula info and have a couple of questions. Is "total tonic" the same as "complete tonic"? And I have read posts that mention "nerve formula" but can't find it listed under files. Help, please. Also, just fyi, I have some nerve damage on top of my foot from an injury. I have been taking hypericum pellets under my tongue for 2 weeks and am not getting much relief. Thought I would try some prickly ash but all I can find is some drops you add to water from Herb Farm Company. Any comments? Thanks for all of your help. By the way, so far, no one has responded to my querrie asking if anyone does Not recommend Kombucha tea. Is there anyone out there who does not recommend it and can you tell me why?
