Guest guest
Hi Teri There are so many reasons that a person might have 'Brain Fog', that its unreal. - But Brain Fog is commonly related to HCV, HCV TX, and Fibromyalgia. [the big 3 for Heppers] In this link they talk about what I suggested - using one's hands [iE: music, art, writing, etc]. http://www.hcvadvocate.org/hepatitis/Basics/Managing_Symptoms_10.pdf For some reason, using one's hands not only is meditation, but it actually improves cognition. In this link are more suggestions. http://search.freefind.com/find.html?pageid=r & id=8543868 & query=brain+fog & ics=1 & fr=0 love don in ks From: Gloria <gadamscan@...>Subject: Re: [ ] Brain fog Date: Tuesday, December 21, 2010, 6:55 PM TrudyI hate to say; but, I'm not sure to this day if my brain fog has ever lifted.
