To prepare Sundew tea, pour boiling water over 1 to 2 grams (about one-quarter teaspoonful) of Sundew, steep for 10 minutes, and strain. Typical DosageThe customary dosage is 1 cup of Sundew tea 3 or 4 times daily. Use a maximum of about 3 grams of prepared Sundew per day. Since the potency of commercial preparations may vary, follow the manufacturer's directions whenever available.
