OMG when I did tx last time I shit my pants 2 x's. I drink so much water I stay near bathrooms even now. It did get better last time it was in the beginning which I was a nervous wreck so maybe nerves? I did start with the yogurts and changed my diet which helped. Good Luck and your not alone!

AnneMarie, Oh yeah, I used to daily, I would tell myself its ok though, because thats all those viral cells dying and going down the toilet. Its coming out one end or the other. but its coming out of you is the imp thing. FLUSH THE DRAGON lmao. betty

Im sorry for Marie's difficultys, but its refreshing to hear everyone have a little humor.

I think its been a rough Holiday Season for most of us.
