Someone brought this up a little while ago. I have the book, and am about one third thru it. What he <kevin trudeau> advocates is right on the mark, only organic foods, juice your own.

If it's man made, don't eat it, is one of his mantras. There are good descriptions of how and why we got ourselves to this point.

How toxic our environment is, and how to survive and live healthy. He recommends all the different cleanses; see allopathic doctors; don't drink tap water; exercise; use the rebounder; use herbs, lots of other things this list teaches.

Well, he didn't have to convert me, preaching to the choir here! Although I draw the line at 15 colonics in 30 days!

I mean, pretty much 95% of the stuff in his book is right on. There's a lot of his own commentary, which I agree with, but I pretty much skipped over a lot of that as I don't have to be convinced that the FDA is full of cow dung.

And others.

It's a great book to recommend to someone who is not quite convinced that natural is the way to go, as he pretty much lays it on the line. He doesn't recommend any specific remedies, but tells you what to search for, although he does recommend his site.

But, he doesn't push it as the only answer to everything, and there is a membership charge.

All in all, it's a good basic book, written in plain ol English. Throw out your microwave, don't drink the tap water <it's all poison>, get a shower head filter, only natural cleaning products, get rid of your mercury fillings, walk an hour a day, eat only organic, use whole food supplements, get an air purifier, use only essential oils for air sprays, see a chiropractor, many many more items.

There is some talk about zappers, electromagnetic things.

That's my .03. If you can find it cheap, get it. Recommend it to the obstinate one who refuses to *

see the light

*. ;-)
