Suzi, Jeff.... I have a Hydrofloss irrigator, some here may not. Suzi, you mentioned you use baking soda? How much baking soda for those without irrigator to water? You are swishing around mouth vs. brushing with this? You are also swishing around mouth your homemade formula for tooth and gum? You are not using any soap to brush? Did you share the gum formula or is it in files? Thanks. Sorry for so many questions, but it's a hot topic in my mouth and pocketbook. carolg

Brush with baking soda mixed with T & G formula.(like a paste) Swish the T & G first by itself then brush.. No I don't use soap.. I do use a toothpaste from OneGroup (my link below) I do the T & G a couple times a week... when my tooth was bothering me (root canal one) I did it for a week or two straight, once a day... it quit hurting and I do it once or twice a week now.
